Last checked against the agency pages:

Fed Spend Map is an atlas of federal contracts, grants and other awards from USAspending. Each recipient, county, district, agency, industry and program has a page with a fixed address.

People open the atlas to see which agencies buy in an industry and which firms win the awards. Others check how much federal money comes to their county.

Today no page of the atlas carries an advertisement, so each place below is open for a direct agreement.

Who uses the atlas

  • Contractors who study an agency before a bid, and who look at the awards of other firms.
  • Grant seekers who look for the programs and the agencies that fund their kind of work.
  • Local reporters who follow the federal money that comes to a county or a district.
  • Staff of economic development offices.
  • Civic researchers who follow one agency or one program over the fiscal years.

Ask the desk for current visit figures. The desk sends the visits for the agencies, industries or states that you name.

Where an advertisement can go

Most pages hold a display advertisement in three places: near the top, in the middle and near the bottom. These page types have all three places:

  • Recipient pages.
  • State pages and the monthly pages of each state.
  • County pages and congressional district pages.
  • Agency pages and sub-agency pages.
  • Industry pages and assistance program pages.

The home page and the findings have a place at the top and a place at the bottom.

You can choose agencies, industries, programs or states, and your dates. The atlas has no sponsor line today, so each placement is a display advertisement.

How to start

Write to hello@fedspendmap.com. Name your firm, the page types or the agencies that you want, and your dates.

The desk answers in five working days. The answer gives the visits for those pages and a price.

What does not change

Each advertisement carries a label. An advertiser has no influence on a figure, a sentence or the order of a list.

Nobody pays to have a recipient on a page or off it. An advertisement does not tell a firm how to win a contract or a grant.

The About page says who pays for the atlas.
