What the atlas records
For each recipient, county and state, the atlas records a change of the FY2027 obligations. The change must be $1 million or more and 10% or more. It also records each new award of $1 million or more.
The amounts are obligations in the terms of USAspending. The dated updates and the monthly briefs list the changes of all pages.
